Can I host this on WordPress.com?

No. WordPress.com does not support installation of premium themes. Standard is a premium theme. In order to use Standard, you’ll need a self-hosted installation of WordPress.

What is your refund policy?

We do not issue refunds for digital purchases. Before making a purchase, please make sure to read through our site, contact us with any questions you may have, and verify that you have a self-hosted WordPress blog.

Do you do custom design and development?

Can you install (or perform maintenance) on the theme for me?

No – we will not service your hosted blog by logging in, installing, or performing any maintenance on your blog. We offer instructive support via the developer community and support forum.

Will you help me migrate my blog from [my current blogging platform] to WordPress?

As much as we’d love to help as many people as possible begin using the Standard Theme, we do not provide support for blogs offered on non-WordPress solutions. We are, however, working on a trusted partner list. Contact us for details.
